Helena Kiwanis sponsors Key Clubs at Pelham, Thompson and Evengel Christian High Schools and a Builders Club at Helena Middle School. 

Key Clubs are service programs for high school students. It is a student-led organization whose goal is to teach leadership through serving others. Each Key Club is sponsored by a local Kiwanis club.

Key Club tries to offer a range of services to its members: leadership development, study-abroad opportunities, vocational guidance, college scholarships, a subscription to the KEYNOTER magazine, service-learning, personal enrichment, value-added member benefit programs, and liability insurance coverage.
